  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): The product does not power on or function upon delivery.
  • Defective Product: The item has a manufacturing defect that affects its performance.
  • Wrong Product Received: The item delivered is different from what was ordered.
  • Used Product / Broken Seal: The item was received in a previously used or unsealed condition.
  • Physical Damage: The product arrived damaged due to shipping or handling.

2. Return Process

  • Provide your Order ID, product details, and a clear image or video showing the issue.
  • Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

3. Important Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
  • Any missing items or damage caused by improper use will void the return request.
  • If the return request is approved, ITGO will arrange for pickup or provide return shipping details.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling.
  • Software, licenses, and digital products.
  • Items returned without prior authorization from ITGO.
