1. Delivery Timeline
- All orders are processed and dispatched within the standard handling time.
- Orders are expected to be delivered within 10 days from the date of dispatch.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. Orders will not be delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.

- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
3. Order Inspection & Acceptance
- If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the delivery person.

- ITGO delivers across multiple locations within India. Certain remote areas may have longer delivery times or limited service availability.
